I've tried other screen capture apps, but I like my Snapz as well as anyone likes their app. I know there are several other capture apps out there and everyone has their favorite, so I'm not looking for a better app. So now, I knew it had to be the Snapz App. I tried to capture the video again, and like before the computer shut down. Afterward, I was able to use my mouse and my keyboard. So, I pushed the on/off button on the back of my computer and it restarted. The computer rebooted, but I could not get my mouse or keyboard to function. At first I thought I might have accidentally hit a wrong key. However, when I tried to capture a video, Snapz cut my computer off. It took a while but the screen capture and photo capture finally started working.
